For any queries regarding our cancellation policy, please raise your concerns with the practice manager via info@lchealthcare.com.au.

If you no-show and the appointment fee cannot be debited, we will not accept ongoing care unless the outstanding fees are paid.

Yes, we do. However, Medicare only covers allied health treatments under certain circumstances. A referral is required to confirm eligibility. Your doctor must provide a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan (previously known as an Enhanced Primary Care Plan or EPC) along with your referral. This allows up to five sessions per calendar year. Medicare covers $60.35 per session, and the remaining balance will be an out-of-pocket cost, depending on the service (e.g., Physiotherapy, etc.). Please notify reception when booking if you have a CDM plan. You must bring this document to your appointment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit card and cash. If you have private health insurance, please bring your card and we will process the claim via Hicaps at the time of your appointment. This means that you only have to pay the gap. The amount covered by your health fund is determined by your health fund provider and the type of cover you have.

No. Usually you don’t need a referral except in the case of insurance claims or for Medicare/EPC.

Physiotherapists are primary health practitioners; therefore, private patients do not need a doctor’s referral to see us. This also means that a physiotherapist can issue a sick leave certificate.

Yes we do. We will need to gather a little extra information from you at the time of making your appointment, so please let our reception team know, and they will be happy to assist you with this.

There is street parking available on Grosvenor Street & 2 hours free parking available at Woolworths nearby.
